Yes, if you are unsure of the on-line order process you may fill out the order form details, print and then fax or mail it to us. We will send you an e-mail to confirm receipt of your order.

You will receive a confirmation of your order via e-mail direct to your stated e-mail address. Your order will be processed and you will be notified via e-mail when your goods have been dispatched, usually within 24 hours.

No, we don’t keep any credit card details, all online payment are process by Paypal in a secure environment. the website complaint  with PCI compliance.

You can pay by Cheque (NZ only) and Direct credit/Telegraphic Transfer into our bank account please contact us first to arrange payment by these methods.

All orders are charged in New Zealand dollars to your credit card.

We will make full refunds on defective products. Please note that once your order has been processed the sale is considered final.
