Can I Fax or Mail my order ?

Yes, if you are unsure of the on-line order process you may fill out the order form details, print and then

fax or mail it to us. We will send you an e-mail to confirm receipt of your order.

What happens when I place my order ?

You will receive a confirmation of your order via e-mail direct to your stated e-mail address. Your order

will be processed and you will be notified via e-mail when your goods have been dispatched, usually

within 24 hours.

Do you keep my Credit Card details ?

No, we don’t keep any credit card details, all online payment are process by Paypal in a secure environment. the website complaint  with PCI compliance.

I don’t have a Credit Card, how else can I pay?

You can pay by Cheque (NZ only) and Direct credit/Telegraphic Transfer into our bank account please

contact us first to arrange payment by these methods.

What currency do you charge my order in ?

All orders are charged in New Zealand dollars to your credit card.

What is your refunds policy ?

We will make full refunds on defective products. Please note that once your order has been processed
