  1. Subscription prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
  2. Agree that your name, address, and email address shall when provided by you become the property of Meg star. You agree to the Meg star Privacy Policy contained on the Meg star Websites.
  3. If your magazine does not arrive in the time frame specified above, please ring our store Meg Star Henderson (+64 9 8381641) or email us at nzmagazineshop@xtra.co.nz. We will arrange for a replacement copy to be sent and if this isn’t suitable/possible we will extend your subscription by that missed issue.
  4. Click & Collect Online Order from our MegStar –Henderson Store “Click & Collect” combines the convenience of online ordering with picking up your goods in-store when you’re out and about. We’ll email you when your order is ready to collect. You are expected to collect your order within 3 days. If you need the 3 days pick-up period extended, please contact our Meg Star store direct. You need to present a photo ID to collect your items, such as a New Zealand driver’s licence, Passport, 18+card or Photo Credit card. Someone else can collect on your behalf if they have the order confirmation and a photo ID.
  5. Any errors made in providing details to Megstar are your responsibility, nor Megstar is liable for consequences that relate to any errors; including but not limited to failure to send magazines to the correct address. If you change your address or contact details, you need to advise Meg Star for at least 3 weeks to ensure that the change happens on the correct issue.
  6. Cancellations – Please note that our subscription offers are non-refundable. In some cases, we will refund any monies owing to you, but this will be made on a case-by-case basis. Alternatively, you can transfer your remaining issues to a nominated party. Requests for cancellations will be actioned within 5 working days; however, any refund given can take up to 3 weeks. Any overseas refunds will be converted into your local currency at the exchange rate on the day of refund which means we cannot guarantee that the amount refunded will be exactly what you paid due to rate fluctuations.
  7. Acknowledge that these Standard Subscription Terms and Conditions may be modified from time to time, and agree that you are responsible for regularly reviewing these Standard Subscription Terms and Conditions, and you agree to any such modification.
  8. Payment – all subscriptions require payment in advance of commencement. You will receive a renewal letter before the end of your subscription that will allow you to renew. Payments can be made via valid credit card, money order, or cheque.
  9. I declare I am over 18 years of age, or I am not 18 years of age and have parental consent to make this purchase.
  10. Privacy Policy – Personal and certain other information about you is subject to our Privacy Policy. As a condition of using the Service, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy, as it may be changed from time to time.
